Description
Cucumber, as an etiologic factor of food allergy, is considered to have a low degree of allergenic activity (without taking individual characteristics into account). Manifestations of allergy can include digestive system disorders (cheilitis, gastritis, colitis, gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome), skin manifestations (atopic dermatitis, urticaria, Quincke's edema); respiratory system disorders (allergic rhinitis, asthma) occur rarely.
