Description
Beef causes slow development of symptoms of food intolerance (not earlier than 3-5 days after eating it).
This test is used to diagnose food intolerance to beef. Food intolerance occurs more often than food allergy and proceeds as allergic reactions involving specific immunoglobulins G (IgG-mediated). At the same time, a hidden food allergy develops - a delayed-type allergy, which is more dangerous, since the external clinical manifestations of the disease will develop slowly (up to several days), and not infrequently, they may not exist at all for a long time. Slowly progressive pathological processes in the organs and tissues of the body can often lead to chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory, nervous systems, skin, and can also have a negative impact on the mental sphere (depression, hyperexcitability in children).
Indications for use:
1. Diagnosis of food intolerance to this product
2. Differential diagnosis of food allergy and food intolerance
3. Diagnosis of diseases of the digestive system (allergic stomatitis, gastritis, gastroenteritis, enteritis, colitis)
4. Diagnosis of diseases of respiratory organs (allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma)
5. Diagnosis of skin diseases (atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, urticaria, Quincke's edema)
6. Diagnosis of diseases of the nervous system (depression, frequent migraines, hyperexcitability in children)
7. Assessment of the degree of sensitization of the body after treatment
