Description
Parsley is classified as a hypoallergenic product, but allergic reactions can sometimes occur with its consumption, which may manifest as rashes, edema, stomach discomfort, asthma, and eczema. Quite often, cross-allergy to tree pollen is observed. Increased levels of specific immunoglobulin E to this allergen indicate an acute allergic reaction (immediate-type hypersensitivity).
