Description
Determination of human microecological status and its deviations from the norm, during which the etiology of infectious-inflammatory processes is identified (clarified) in any disease. It belongs to a new direction in microbiological studies - the diagnosis of infection, dysbiosis, and inflammatory processes based on specific microbial chemical substances - markers. The study is universal regarding different groups of microorganisms: not only bacteria but also microscopic fungi and viruses, including anaerobic microorganisms, which constitute the main microbial mass (up to 60% and more).
Reference values are not provided for the following biomaterials: feces, urine, prostate secretion, and urethral swab.
