Description
Determination of the human microecological status and its deviations from the norm, during which the etiology of infectious-inflammatory processes in any disease is identified (clarified). This refers to a new trend in microbiological research: the diagnosis of infections, dysbiosis, and inflammatory processes based on specific microbial chemical substances—markers. The study is universal for different groups of microorganisms: not only bacteria but also microscopic fungi and viruses, including anaerobic microorganisms, which constitute the main microbial mass (up to 60% or more).
