Calculation and interpretation of reaction results is carried out automatically.
The test result includes a number of indicators: the level of human genomic DNA, total bacterial mass (TBM), total titers of normal microflora, as well as the main representatives of opportunistic and pathogenic microflora. If DNA of opportunistic microorganisms is present in the test sample, their quantity is indicated; if absent, "not detected" is indicated.
Urine is recommended only for the identification of pathogens during the acute period.
