Description
Comprehensive examination to assess the body's adaptive capabilities to withstand stress and for early diagnosis of disorders that may be caused by stress. The laboratory complex allows assessing the stress level, determining biochemical indicators characterizing the body's reaction to stress and its consequences, identifying possible causes of stress due to, among other things, hormonal imbalance, metabolic disorders, or deficiency of certain vitamins and microelements that affect adaptation to stress. Test results will help identify factors contributing to the development of stress and determine directions for correcting the condition and preventing negative consequences for the body.
The examination is recommended:
for those who experience frequent stressful situations;
for sleep disorders or poor sleep quality, deterioration of performance, decreased concentration, mood swings, depression, increased anxiety;
for weight problems (difficulty losing or gaining weight);
for deterioration of immunity, headaches, back pain, muscle spasms, gastrointestinal tract disorders, menstrual cycle disorders, thyroid dysfunction;
in sports medicine for the prevention and/or diagnosis of "overtraining syndrome" as part of a comprehensive examination.
