Description
The test is used for the simultaneous determination of antibodies in the blood to the causative agents of pseudotuberculosis and intestinal yersiniosis, and for differential diagnosis between these two diseases. IgM class antibodies are detected in the blood during the acute period of the disease (1-3 days after the onset of clinical symptoms) and are the main laboratory test for confirming the diagnosis.
