Description
The test is used for the simultaneous determination of antibodies in the blood to the causative agents of pseudotuberculosis and intestinal yersiniosis, and for differential diagnosis between these two diseases. Class G immunoglobulins appear on the 3rd-5th day of the disease and are detected in the blood for several months after recovery. For the diagnosis of acute infection, a 4-fold increase in the IgG titer in samples taken at an interval of 7-10 days is significant. Simultaneous determination of IgG and IgM in blood is recommended.
