Pregnancy - Prenatal screening for trisomies of the II trimester of pregnancy, PRISCA

Description

Due to limitations in the application of calculation methods for determining the risk of congenital fetal anomalies, it is impossible to calculate such risks for multiple pregnancies with 3 or more fetuses.

The optimal timing for the study is 16-18 weeks of pregnancy. It is necessary to fill out a questionnaire and attach a photocopy of the ultrasound performed at 16-18 weeks of pregnancy.
Blood can be drawn no earlier than 3 hours after a meal or in the morning on an empty stomach (while drinking clean water as usual is allowed).

Study composition:

- Beta-subunit of human chorionic gonadotropin (beta-hCG)

- Alpha-fetoprotein (alpha-FP)
