Diagnosis of hereditary T- and B-cell immunodeficiencies – quantification of KREC and TREC

This test is intended for the diagnosis of immunodeficiency states associated with reduced levels of T- and B-lymphocytes. A decrease in TREC and KREC levels is an indirect reflection of lymphopenia and impaired maturation of T- and/or B-lymphocytes accompanying a number of immunodeficiency states.
