Description
Food Xplorer (FOX) is a complex analysis for food antigens allowing simultaneous measurement of specific IgG (sIgG) against 287 food extracts and molecular food antigens from 13 food product groups. Cross-reactive carbohydrate determinants (CCD) are included.
The test results can be useful for clarifying the effectiveness and monitoring dietary compliance, in inflammatory bowel diseases, irritable bowel syndrome, in case of suspected IgG-mediated food intolerance, and can serve as a marker of tolerance formation to food antigens.
