Intestinal dysbiosis with antibiotic susceptibility testing

Description

A method for microbiological diagnosis of intestinal dysbiosis – a pathological condition in which the ratio of microorganisms inhabiting the large intestine is disturbed, the amount of opportunistic flora is increased, and pathogenic types of microbes are present. The study allows isolating the main bacteria belonging to the normal flora, pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, and determining their quantity and ratio. In case of detection of pathogenic flora or a large number of opportunistic microorganisms, their sensitivity to antibiotics is determined, which allows for the most rational therapy.

* Please note that a special container with a preservative is required for the test, which can be purchased at any laboratory center.

* The set of antibiotics depends on the isolated microorganism and the commercial test system currently provided by the manufacturer in accordance with modern recommendations / available for purchase in the given region.
