Description
A method for microbiological diagnosis of intestinal dysbiosis – a pathological condition in which the ratio of microorganisms inhabiting the large intestine is disturbed, the amount of opportunistic pathogenic flora is increased, and pathogenic types of microbes are present. The study allows isolating the main bacteria belonging to the normal flora, pathogenic and opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms, and determining their quantity and ratio. In case of detection of pathogenic flora or a large number of opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms, their sensitivity to antibiotics and bacteriophages is determined, which allows for the most rational therapy.
* Please note that a special container with a preservative is required for the analysis, which can be purchased at any Helix Center.
* The set of antibiotics depends on the isolated microorganism and the commercial test system, which is currently provided by the manufacturer in accordance with modern recommendations / is available for purchase in this region.
