Description
A method for microbiological diagnosis of intestinal dysbiosis – a pathological condition in which the ratio of microorganisms inhabiting the large intestine is disturbed, the amount of conditionally pathogenic flora is increased, and pathogenic types of microbes are present. The study allows isolating the main bacteria belonging to the normal flora, pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, and determining their quantity and ratio. In case of detection of pathogenic flora or a large number of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms, their sensitivity to bacteriophages is determined, which allows for the most rational therapy.
