Description
Differentiated detection of pathogens of whooping cough (Bordetella pertussis), parapertussis (Bordetella parapertussis), and bronchosepticosis (Bordetella bronchiseptica), during which the genetic material (DNA) of microorganisms in the biomaterial is determined using the polymerase chain reaction method.
