Description
Femoflor-16 is an extended molecular biological study of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the urogenital microflora in women, including the assessment of total bacterial mass, the state of normal flora, and the determination of a wide spectrum of clinically significant opportunistic microorganisms, including mycoplasmas and ureaplasmas, as well as fungi of the genus Candida. The examination includes the following indicators: total bacterial mass, Lactobacillus spp., Enterobacterium spp., Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Gardnerella vaginalis / Prevotella bivia / Porphyromonas spp., Eubacterium spp., Sneathia spp./Leptotrihia spp./Fusobacterium spp., Megasphaera spp./Veilonella spp./Dialister spp., Lachnobacterium spp./Clostridium spp., Mobiluncus spp./Corynebacterium spp., Peptostreptococcus spp., Atopobium vaginae, Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Ureaplasma urealyticum (urealyticum + parvum), Candida spp. The study is informative only for women of reproductive age.
