Molecular biological test, including qualitative and quantitative determination of the composition of the female urogenital tract microflora to assess microbiocenosis. It allows for a comprehensive assessment of the state of the urogenital tract microflora (the ratio of the total microbial mass to individual representatives of the normal flora, opportunistic and pathogenic microorganisms, and yeast-like fungi). The panel includes the detection of DNA of seventeen microorganisms using the polymerase chain reaction method, which has high sensitivity and specificity. This diagnostic method is highly reliable and clinically significant in the diagnosis of infectious diseases. Composition of the study: Total bacterial mass. Normal flora: Lactobacillus spp. Obligate anaerobic microorganisms: Gardnerella vaginalis + Prevotella bivia + Porphyromonas spp. Yeast-like fungi: Candida spp. Mycoplasmas: Ureaplasma spp., Mycoplasma hominis. Pathogenic microorganisms: Mycoplasma genitalium, Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, HSV-1, HSV-2, CMV. Composition of the study: Total bacterial mass.
