Description
A modern method of cytogenetic analysis that allows determining qualitative and quantitative chromosomal changes (including translocations and microdeletions) and is used for the differential diagnosis of malignant blood diseases and solid tumors. It is necessary to provide all available histological preparations (slides and blocks) + IHC slides (most importantly, for HER2). It is also necessary to provide the primary histological report and the IHC test report. The blocks must contain sufficient tumor material for additional sections.
