Description
A laboratory solution that includes two main indicators of human blood antigenic heterogeneity: blood group and Rh factor. The aim of the study is to determine the human blood group affiliation according to the AB0 system. It is performed for donors before each blood donation and for recipients during transfusion. In addition, this test is indicated for: all patients scheduled for surgeries that do not exclude the need for transfusion of blood and/or its components; pregnant women; persons serving in law enforcement agencies, special units, and emergency services.
