Description
Laboratory examination allows detecting almost all pathogens of urogenital infections in women using the highly sensitive and most specific real-time PCR method, as well as assessing the composition and quantitative ratio of bacteria belonging to the normal and opportunistic pathogenic microflora. A distinctive feature of the examination is the presence of a microscopic examination of the smear on a slide to detect signs of inflammation, atrophy, and for a better understanding of the PCR diagnostic results by the clinician. The study includes: determination of total bacterial mass, normoflora: Lactobacillus spp., Enterobacterium spp., Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Gardnerella vaginalis / Prevotella bivia / Porphyromonas spp., Eubacterium spp., Sneathia spp./Leptotrihia spp./Fusobacterium spp. Megasphaera spp./Veilonella spp./Dialister spp., Lachnobacterium spp./Clostridium spp., Mobiluncus spp./Corynebacterium spp., Peptostreptococcus spp., Atopobium vaginae, Mycoplasma (hominis +genitalium), Ureaplasma (urealyticum + parvum), Candida spp., as well as Trichomonas vaginalis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Herpes Simplex Virus 1/2, Chlamydia trachomatis, and high carcinogenic risk Human Papillomavirus. Obtaining detailed information on the qualitative and quantitative composition of the urogenital tract biocenosis, combined with complete infection diagnostics, will allow accurately establishing the cause of the disease and selecting optimal therapy with minimal side effects. The examination is carried out in the shortest possible time, incomparable to such a method as culture for microflora, and significantly surpasses it in sensitivity and specificity.
