Description
This comprehensive study contains a set of tests for detecting the most common bacterial, viral, and mycotic lesions of the urogenital tract, performed on a scraping from the urethra in men. The list includes the main causative agents of sexually transmitted infections - Gonorrhea and Chlamydiosis, and the most common "hidden" infections: Ureaplasmosis, Mycoplasmosis, Genital herpes, and Trichomoniasis. In addition to high-sensitivity and high-specificity PCR diagnostics, the state of normal and pathogenic microflora in the discharge of the urogenital organs is assessed by a microscopic method.
