Description
Analysis of the composition of the large intestine microbiota in people aged 14 years and older. It detects the DNA of obligate representatives of the large intestine microflora (bifidobacteria, lactobacilli, E. coli), as well as conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms using real-time PCR in DNA preparations obtained from stool samples, in order to assess the composition of the large intestine microbiota. It is recommended when it is necessary to determine the qualitative composition and quantitative assessment of the large intestine microbiota during diagnostic and treatment procedures. A contraindication for the study is a period of less than 2 weeks after antibacterial therapy. Conducting the study during this period is associated with a risk of obtaining unreliable results.
