Description
This panel is designed to identify the most common causes of increased fatigue and decreased physical performance. It allows for assessing whether fatigue is related to a deficiency of key micronutrients (iron, vitamin D), impaired carbohydrate metabolism, or reduced thyroid function. The results help understand why the body does not recover even after a full night's sleep. Who is it for: - Everyone, as a preventive check-up for regular health monitoring. - People with chronic fatigue: those who wake up already tired, experience daytime sleepiness, and are unable to work with their previous productivity. - For external signs of deficiencies: hair loss, brittle nails, dry skin, muscle weakness, dizziness. - For decreased immunity: frequent colds or slow and difficult recovery after illness. - For prolonged stress or emotional burnout, to exclude somatic causes. What it assesses: - A complete blood count (CBC) will exclude overt anemia and inflammatory processes. - Deficiency states: ferritin shows the body's iron stores. Its decrease (latent deficiency) can be associated with weakness even before the development of anemia. - Low levels of vitamin D are directly linked to muscle weakness, rapid fatigue, and decreased immune defense. - Thyroid function. Even a slight decrease in its function (hypothyroidism) slows down all metabolic processes, causing sluggishness, lethargy, and swelling. - Carbohydrate metabolism disorders: allows for suspecting prediabetes or diabetes. In these conditions, glucose from the blood cannot fully penetrate into cells, causing tissues and muscles to "starve" even with regular nutrition, while the person experiences weakness and fatigue. Advantages: - The screening will help: - identify and eliminate the specific cause of fatigue and loss of strength (iron or vitamin D deficiency, or thyroid dysfunction), to reach your goals (general tone, increased energy); - find out your individual norm for further monitoring: learn your ferritin and vitamin D levels at which you feel energetic; - identify the main causes of decreased motivation: objectively confirm or exclude that fatigue and apathy are not related to laziness or burnout, but to real biochemical disorders in the body; - indirectly assess the balance of your diet: you will understand whether your diet contains enough iron, vitamin D, and other nutrients; - evaluate the effectiveness of lifestyle changes over time: repeat testing after 2-3 months will show whether you have managed to replenish deficiencies through diet or if medication is required.
