Description
The presence of HER2 gene amplification is a predictor of response to anti-HER2 antibody therapy in patients with unresectable locally advanced, recurrent, and metastatic gastric cancer. The presence of microsatellite instability (MSI) is a predictor of response to anti-PD-1 antibody immunotherapy in patients with unresectable locally advanced, recurrent, and metastatic gastric cancer.
