Description
The presence of HER2 gene amplification is a predictor of response to anti-HER2 antibody therapy in patients with breast cancer, metastatic colorectal cancer, patients with unresectable locally advanced, recurrent and metastatic gastric cancer, and patients with recurrent, metastatic endometrial serous carcinoma.
