Description
Comprehensive molecular genetic study for the detection and differentiation of the most common pathogens of acute intestinal infections: Rotavirus group A, Norovirus genotype 2, and Astrovirus. The study allows for the identification of the genetic material (RNA) of the pathogens in stool and establishing the etiology of the disease. These pathogens are the primary cause of the most severe gastroenteritis in infants and young children, as well as in adults. Qualitative analysis: a result of "detected/not detected" is provided for each type of infection.
