Description
The test is used to predict the efficacy and safety of therapy with tricyclic antidepressants. Genotyping of CYP2D6 and CYP2C19 allows predicting with a high degree of probability which antidepressants will be effective and will not cause significant side effects, and which drugs should be avoided.
