Description
The laboratory solution includes a set of tests recommended for pregnancy planning. TORCH infections include the following nosological entities: toxoplasmosis, rubella, cytomegalovirus, and herpes. A distinctive feature of these infections is their ability to affect the normal development of the fetus, which can lead to miscarriage, stillbirth, and the formation of malformations. Specific IgG to these pathogens are detected in the blood both during acute and chronic infections, and after the disease for 5-10 years or more.
