Description
A comprehensive examination allowing detection and confirmation of infection with Group A hemolytic streptococcus. Two diagnostic methods are used for the study: a highly sensitive and specific PCR analysis technique to detect the pathogen's genetic material, and a microbiological method allowing determination of the presence and quantity of streptococcus in the examined biomaterial. In order to obtain the most informative results, the same biomaterial must be used for each of the tests included in the complex.
