Description
A universal microbiological study allowing the determination of the presence and basic cultural properties (titer, quantity) of most aerobic microorganisms growing on standard culture media. Almost any type of biological material is suitable for the study. The analysis is used for microbiological diagnosis of non-specific infectious diseases and detection of chronic infection pathogens.
*Urine culture is performed on the Alfred60 analyzer (ALIFAX, Italy), which uses patented technology based on laser light scattering to detect the presence of bacteria and their antibiotic resistance with high sensitivity and specificity within 6 hours of sample loading. Therefore, a negative urine culture result can be issued in less than 24 hours from the time of order placement.
