Description
The study is used to detect pathogenic anaerobic microorganisms capable of provoking the development of aggressive periodontitis. After the isolation of anaerobes (actinomycetes, bacteroides, bifidobacteria, fusobacteria, lactobacteria, peptococci, peptostreptococci, porphyromonads, prevotella, propionibacteria, spirochetes, and veillonella), it becomes possible to determine the ratio of various types of microorganisms and select the most adequate therapy for the disease, taking into account the characteristics of the flora.
