A test involving the most complete and complex etiological diagnosis of acute and chronic diseases and assessment of the microbiota of the urogenital tract in men.
Accounting and interpretation of reaction results is carried out automatically.
The test result includes a number of indicators: level of human genomic DNA, total bacterial mass (TBM), total titers of normal microflora, as well as main representatives of conditionally pathogenic and pathogenic microflora. If DNA of conditionally pathogenic microorganisms is present in the studied sample, their quantity is indicated; if absent, "not detected" is indicated.
* Urine is recommended only for identification of pathogens in the acute period.
