Description
The comprehensive examination includes 8 tests, the results of which are sufficient for the most complete assessment of the thyroid gland function based on the results of laboratory diagnostics. Thyroid stimulating hormone is the main regulator of the gland function, and Thyroxine and Triiodothyronine – in free and bound states – are the main hormones produced by the gland. Thyroid antibodies allow detecting damage to the gland tissues by the organism's own immune system.
The examination results are issued with a doctor's interpretation.
