Description
All allergens presented in the panel have pronounced sensitizing activity. Guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, and rats can inhabit a human's apartment (house) as pets, thereby acting as sources of allergens that provoke the development or exacerbation of allergic diseases. The presence of mice and rats as pests can also cause contact with the allergens of these rodents. The determination of specific IgG in the blood primarily indicates the entry of one or several allergens of the panel into the organism; in addition, it is believed that an increased concentration of specific IgG contributes to the reduction of manifestations of immediate-type allergic reactions mediated by IgE and the formation of delayed-type hypersensitivity.
