Mixture of Food Allergens No. 3 (IgG): Wheat Flour, Oat Flour, Corn Flour, Sesame Seeds, Buckwheat Flour

Description

Wheat flour, oat flour, corn flour, sesame seeds, and buckwheat flour cause rapid development of symptoms of food intolerance (already 1-3 days after consumption). Symptoms are especially pronounced in adults; in children, a slow and hidden course of food intolerance to this product is most often observed. This test is used to diagnose food intolerance to the allergens in the panel. Food intolerance occurs more frequently compared to food allergy and proceeds as allergic reactions involving specific immunoglobulins G (IgG-mediated). At the same time, hidden food allergy develops - delayed-type allergy, which is more dangerous, since external clinical manifestations of the disease will develop slowly (up to several days), and not infrequently, they may be absent altogether for a long time. Slowly progressing pathological processes in the organs and tissues of the body can often lead to chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory and nervous systems, skin, and can also have a negative impact on the mental sphere (depression, hyper-excitability in children).

* Allergological tests containing the phrase "mixture of allergens" in their name imply a comprehensive screening test that allows detecting sensitization (increased sensitivity of the body) to a specific group of allergens. In this case, the result of this study is issued for the mixture of allergens as a whole, and not for each specific allergen included in this group.
