Food Allergen Mixture No. 7 (IgG): Egg white, Rice, Cow's milk, Peanut, Wheat flour, Soybeans

Description

Egg white, rice, cow's milk, peanut, wheat flour, and soybeans cause rapid development of food intolerance symptoms (already 1-3 days after consumption). Symptoms are particularly pronounced in adults, while children most often exhibit a slow and latent course of food intolerance to this product. This test is used to diagnose food intolerance to the panel's allergens. Food intolerance is more common compared to food allergy and proceeds as allergic reactions involving specific immunoglobulins G (IgG-mediated). Moreover, a hidden food allergy develops – a delayed-type allergy, which is more dangerous because external clinical manifestations of the disease will develop slowly (up to several days), and often they may be absent altogether for a long time. Slowly progressing pathological processes in the body's organs and tissues can often lead to chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory, nervous systems, skin, and can also have a negative impact on the mental sphere (depression, hyperactivity in children).

* Allergological tests containing the phrase "allergen mixture" in their name refer to a complex screening test that allows detecting sensitization (hypersensitivity of the body) to a specific group of allergens. In this case, the result of this study is issued generally for the mixture of allergens, and not for each specific allergen included in this group.
