Description
Determination of mutations in BRAF, KRAS, NRAS, HRAS genes is recommended for the diagnosis of thyroid cancer in cytological material of intermediate malignancy risk according to Bethesda (III-V). Analysis of the BRAF V600E mutation is recommended for postoperative risk stratification of thyroid cancer recurrence when determining postoperative patient management tactics.
