A feature of real-time polymerase chain reaction is the possibility of registering a fluorescent signal directly during PCR amplification, allowing the determination of the presence of U. urealyticum DNA in the test material. Indications for the test: 1. Diagnosis of inflammatory diseases of the urogenital system (urogenital infections), 2. Pregnancy planning, 3. Casual sexual contacts.
