Description
The test has species specificity and high sensitivity. This method allows for the qualitative determination of Hepatitis G virus RNA in the test material (blood). The method is used to confirm the diagnosis and monitor the effectiveness of conducted antiviral therapy. The result of the study does not depend on the state of the immune system and can provide valuable diagnostic information even in the seronegative form of the disease, when antibodies are absent in the blood.
