Description
A test to detect the causative agent of human papillomavirus infection types 6 and 11 (Human Papillomavirus 6/11), in which real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) is used to determine the quantity of papillomavirus genetic material (DNA) in the biomaterial sample.
