Description
The test has species specificity and high sensitivity. This method allows for the qualitative determination of Candida albicans DNA in the tested material. The qualitative PCR method confirms the presence of the pathogen in the patient's body, thereby enabling a correct diagnosis and the prescription of optimal therapy. The study is used for the diagnosis of urogenital candidiasis (thrush).
