Description
The presence of a PIK3CA gene mutation is a predictor of response to targeted therapy with a PI3K inhibitor in patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer who have positive hormone receptor status and negative HER2 status, with disease progression during/after endocrine therapy regimens.
